Here are some template documents to help you organise your prayer and reflection space well. All are downloadable and can be easily customised. They are in a word format to make them easier to adapt but please email us on info@bespace.be if you require a different format.

We strongly recommend that every prayer and reflection space has a volunteer and class timetable, safeguarding and risk assessment guidelines (signed off and agreed with the school) and a DBS disclosure form for all volunteers to sign.
